Avalon Hollywood Engagement Portraits

Geneanne + Glenn have coolness and with a deep sense of funny sense of humor.  We had tons of laughs and zingers back and forth throughout the process, which I totally dig.  I asked them to find a place where it meant a lot to them and since they go to the awesome Avalon club a lot in Hollywood (Glenn DJ’s there as DJ Pyro all the time), that became the place that this engagement session took place in.  The Avalon has a lot of cool places in it, and we even used their restrooms as the backdrop of some of these shots as well 🙂

Special thanks to Avalon Hollywood for opening their doors for us for this amazing experience.  Here are some of my favorite shots:

You could have taken our pictures by a dumpster and they still would have come out looking AMAZING!

We cannot thank you enough for these incredible photos. You truly are THE BEST. So excited for the wedding!

If you are debating on whether or not to hire Erwin…DO IT! He is an artist and really has a way with people. His style is one of a kind. We were so nervous because we didn’t want to look weird posing and look unnatural. Erwin made us feel so comfortable the whole time. It was as if we were with a long time friend, just hanging out taking pictures. We literally laughed the whole time, joking around, messing with each other.

    Erwin, you are awesome!

Simply sensational. These photos are so refreshing and unique. Truly enjoyed the concept of straying away from the typical and normal wedding engagement photos I have seen. The modern perspective and creativity were amazing.
