You probably remembered our friends, Heidi + Eddie through our engagement session post awhile back. These two people are really awesome and can withstand the test of distance. They met through a mutual friend of theirs back in 2005 during a spontaneous fishing trip and since then they have lived mostly 300 miles apart and saw each other every weekend and still managed to call each other everyday for at least 15 minutes. Both are drawn into traveling and adventure, and share their love for Indonesian food, which is native to Heidi.
Some interesting facts: Heidi’s mom apparently had designed, and created Heidi’s and her bridesmaids’ dresses. Not only that, she also created all the flower arrangements (bouquets, and the church decorations). Her talent has transferred down to Heidi, as she created the boutonnieres for the gents. The boutonnieres that she made was very personalized – Eddie loves fishing, and if you remember, that is exactly how they met the first time. The theme for their table place cards at their reception is also really cool – cat characters from cartoons / comics. This brings back so much memories of our childhood, but to them it’s a deeper meaning, because they have two cats at home that they really love :)
